Nice place to take pictures due to the lookout tower. Pleasant area and lots of history here. The surrounding gives you a special magical feel.

Along our walking tour, our guide took us to this area, where it is in the Center of this small town. It gives you the history of the numerous floods , it is marked off with the years.

Kittsteintor on the promenade. Another interesting presentation of the flood history of the town flood history. Close to Kilian’s Church. The panorama is a Kodak moment.

One of the most famous panoramas of the city
Aug 2012 • Couples
The panorama from the so-called „Roten Turm“ near the Faultor (currently called Kittsteintor) at the Church and the castle in the background is one of the most famous panoramas of the city. All flood marks since 1595 are walled in on the north side of the baroque garden cottage. By the end of the this port one reaches the Rittergasse (Knight’s alley), with at the right hand side the former „Fürstliche Hofhaltung“ (former Princely Court), which today houses the Town Hall.
