This church is well worth your time to visit. It was interesting to learn the history and to see the paintings on all of the walls. They have cleaned the walls that had a build up of smoke from burning candles but left a portion...More

We were not supposed to take photos inside but I see there's a few sneaky ones around. Super ornate interior.. you can see where the restorations have been. Cared for by the locals. No wonder they are proud of this

This cute little church is typical of the area with wall to wall icons. I really enjoyed my tour, but would have been happier if they had authorized photos.

This wonderful little church deserves its nickname. It had beautiful, original frescoes on every surface. Our guide was excellent.

It is a small church. Don't need a day to cover.
