I rented a bike with Baccus last year. As I was travelling alone through Mendoza, I was glad that the owner girl (I forgot the name) banded the 8 people waiting for bike together, to form a very nice group. Wine tasting is more fun in a group! She gave excellent advice on the wineries that we could reach according... More

Me and my group of friends made a booking but didn't make it in time because our busses to Mendoza ran behind but when we got there the man there told us about nearby vineyards we could walk too since we had come all the way out to the suburb. He was friendly and drew us out a map. Great... More

This was easily one of my most favourite days in mendoza. The staff who organised the bike tour just go above and beyond in terms of helpfulness. I strongly recommend you put a day aside for this on your itinerary.

Ines helped us out just fine. She got us 2 fine bikes for around 300 pesos, about $10, for a full day. More importantly though, they provide maps of the environment and the different wineries and olive oil farms you can visit. She helps you create an itinerary that fits with your plan for the day. Don't expect a nice... More

We turned up with a total of four us late December and were welcomed and able to hire 4 bikes immediately. The lady was super helpful with suggestions of wineries, provided us an easy to read map and gave a bit of local advice as well. The bikes worked well and we all had no issues.

Miguel was great in taking his time to explain where to go and how to plain the day. Friendly prices and good bikes. This is an easy do it yourself if you speak a few words Spanish. My 73 year old mother loved it too. Easy circuit, nice bodegas. Send Miguel a mail and he will send you a brochure... More

Renting bikes here was perfect. A short walk from our hotel, and they outfitted us well with helmets and maps, and helped us plan a route. Even came to get us when we had a flat tire!

Baccus Bikes provided an easy, inexpensive way to visit wineries in Maipú. On arrival you are given a map and a suggested route for the day, along with bikes, helmets and locks. However please note this is not a day of cycling amongst vineyards, instead you will be riding along (relatively busy) suburban roads.

A huge thank you to the couple who run this company fir making our day so great. They were both very friendly when we arrived, explained the whole area to us with the best recommendations for us and a suggested route, with timings and distances. They clearly know the area very well and the other people who work at the... More

Had a great day with a rental bike from Baccus visiting local wineries -- all very close, so probably cycled around 12 km . Reasonable quality bike without suspension, Shimano breaks and gears (7) could do with some maintenance. 150 pesos for full day rental very cheap. Old helmet didn't fit so well. Good map and winery opening times provided.
