Came here with my son and hubby for a birthday treat. The pygmy goats were my favourite and Pollyanne the donk. The woodland walk was so pretty. Will return with the grandchildren.

We have visited Rays Farm twice now, and I had forgotten what a lovely place it is, it’s not been over crowded both times we have visited.
I don’t know of anywhere else in Shropshire that you can get so close to the goats, all animals seem happy and well cared for.
Staff are all helpful especially the young chap on reception.
We will definitely be back again soon.

The walks were amazing with lots to see. We fed the animals and had such a fun time doing so, we feel it’s 100% worth the price. There was a lovely male member of staff who explained some fun facts about the guinea pigs and the goats! The llamas were so fun and we found feeding them an experience we’ll never forget! Most members of staff (all but one) were extremely friendly and made the experience so worth while. We did feel as though we were slightly spoken down to by one member of staff but this could have just been their personality. We also felt the owl enclosures were really sad as they were quite small, some with 2-3 owls in each. Another review says similar as owls do live for quite a while, we did feel quite saddened by this, hence the 4/5. Would definitely recommend for families as lots for the kids to do!

Second time back this year and can't wait to go back again. Got to feed the animals this time and we all had a great time. Something for all ages, animals are loved and well looked after. The people who run the farm are full of knowledge about the animals and make the visit very special. Highly recommended.

Excellent little place. I’ve been coming here myself since I was a child and have since been back twice as an adult with my own little ones.
It’s a lovely, quiet little farm, all the animals are very tame, staff very friendly, lovely play areas for the little ones and we also enjoyed exploring the woodland. Would definitely recommend.

Pre booking easy but was surprised to have an added booking fee. Saying that it was a reasonable price for 4 hours of fun. It wasn't busy which suits me. Started off feeding the goats and their cheeky kids. Buckets of food £1.50. The children were later able to handle some of the guinea pigs under watchful eye of 'keeper. Picnic lunch. Plenty of benches in the courtyard and field. Food and drinks available from kiosk. Nice coffee and homemade cakes. We had iced shortbread bunny biscuits. After lunch we walked round the fields viewing the animals. You could join the other goats in their paddock. Sheep were resting in their shed so field seemed empty. 3 ponies and a llama. My Granddaughter was disappointed as she was expecting to see pigs and an alpaca. However, she was fascinated by the owls, their big eyes and how they turn their heads. After drinks and ice cream we did the woodland walk. It was steep in places and the little one was flagging but we all enjoyed it. Finished off with a play in the sand pit. It was good to get them out side in nature. They spotted mushrooms, acorns, hazelnuts, blackberry and elderberries, ferns and moss on the trees. I am sure they will be asking to re-visit.

Visited during the 6 weeks holiday and to our pleasant surprise it wasn’t too busy.
An absolutely immaculate place. The animals are clearly well cared for.
The woodland trail was lovely and kids loved seeing what surprise was round the corner.
Will defiantly return

What a lovely place to take the grand kids,it was a hot day but the kids loved walking in the shade down by the stream finding all the characters, they also enjoyed feeding the goats in the shady barn. Ice creams in the picnic area and spotting all the owls.

We had a lovely visit to Rays farm. My friends’ children enjoyed feeding the animals and following the forest trail and completing the I spy activity.
