This beach is reminiscent of Bundoran beach in Ireland. Very long ( long enough for the annual horse races!) and cleaned by the tide which retreats for about a quarter of a mile.

Beautiful beach on the other side of Santander's bay. Stunning views of Santander and perfect to walk/swim/surf. There's a cosy cafe on the beach with great views too.

What a great beach! Very clean and well kept, the beach is perfect for everyone, especially families. The sea can be a little rough which is why it is the main surfing area in Spain. Recommended.
