Heaven on earth is Poggio Molina. If you are looking for an authentic Italian experience with the ambiance of 'la familia', this is your destination. I don't know how they do it. Alba and Claudio enjoy sharing their home with visitors. They are happy that you came to see 'la dolce vita'. They welcome you with open arms and when you leave you are already thinking, "when can I come back?" From the first toast to the last laugh, you will be delighted with the dreamy culture-dipping you have accomplished. The food, the wine, and the ambiance are the Best of Italy. Don't take my word for it....just don't miss it.

The best experience !!
Oct 2020
Everything was first class, the wine, the food, the people. ("the creme de la creme")

My wife and I visited Poggio Molina on two different occasions over the past several years. We toured the vineyard, wine making facility and were treated to a 5 star dinner with appetizers, main entrée & dessert with some of the best wine in Tuscany.
Highly recommended !!!

Heaven! We found heaven!
Oct 2020
We have had the pleasure and honor of visiting Poggio Molina twice in the last several years. Truthfully, it is as close to heaven as I have been on earth. Alba, Claudio and family welcome you with arms outstretched and hearts open. It is such an incredibly beautiful place with grapes growing in the fields around the house, olive trees, and the view of snow capped mountains in the distance. I never wanted to leave. The wines are delicious and we bought several bottles of wine and olive oil to have shipped home. The food - oh, the food. There are no words to adequately describe how incredible it is. If you are lucky enough to have an opportunity to visit Poggio Molina, do everything you can to make it happen. The date we visited was in 2019 but the calendar choice did not let me select that year.

Best Wine tasting ever!
Oct 2019
We started our adventure from Villa Petrea in Bucine on foot for a 2 hour hike lead by Buccianti Oliviero and ended up at Poggio Molina. We were met by the niece and son of the owners (mama was in the kitchen cooking) and father was unloading grapes. We began outside on the deck with a white sparkling wine and cheeses, took an informative tour of the wine cellars, and then sat at a large table upstairs that was set beautifully for our group of 12. Mama Molina made an amazing 5 course meal that was paired with 5 different wines. Everything was favulous and I'm already anxious to return again.

One of the best wine tastings we have had!
Sep 2019
We visited Poggio Molina during a two week stay in Tuscany. It was the closet winery to our Villa in Bucine and we made a reservation at the last minute after finding them on the internet. What a surprise to find Alba waiting for us with her sweet smile and gentle manner. We were able to walk through the rows of grape vines bursting with fruit and she explained the different kinds. She also took us to the wine cellar to see where the work is done. The wine tasting was the best we have had, with little bites of bruschetta with some of their yummy olive oil, between each type of wine as she told Us about them. We purchased as much as we could fit in our bags to return to the states! Thank you Alba!

INCREDIBLE VISIT AND ROMANTIC DINER
May 2018 • Couples
A delicious wine tasting (amazing wines with homemade products) and a wonderful diner face to face with only homemade products cooked by Alba (really delicious) in a romantic place.
Frederico and Alba are just wonderful, smilly, sympatic, real people.
We really hope to see them again.
We’ve made a wine order. We received it as promise, just perfect!
Merci beaucoup pour tout Frederico and Alba! Nous avons passé une soirée magique grâce à vous que nous prolongeons avec vos vins! ✨

Magical evening in BEAUTIFUL settings
Jul 2017 • Friends
We had the most wonderful evening in July 2017. My family and I shared a lovely meal paired with an exquisite wine tasting throughout the dinner. Before we sat down we were shown around in the wine-cellar and we got a great insight to the proces of making wines - the different ways to storage and the meaning for the taste.
For dinner all dishes came as a surprise. We had antipastis that had so much taste - everything was from their own farm. Then a lovely vegetarian lasagna with homemade olive-oil based bechamel-sauce. Then we were served wild meat with salads, kale and grilled vegetables. For dessert we had cake and the homemade vinsanto. This was an absolute highlight of the evening. WONDERFUL. Throughout the dinner we had white wine, rosé, two kinds of red wines and then the wonderful vinsanto. Lovely hospitality - fantastic family.

An experience to remember!
Jul 2017 • Family
Beautiful place! Such a wonderful family producing great wines- from start to finish- even bottling and labeling on site. They truly understand and embody the notion of small-scale, high quality, 'farm to table' gastronomy. They hand pick all of their grapes and olives for oil. They raise their own produce and herbs. They also hunt or raise their meats and prepare excellent finocchiona, bracciola, and prosciutto. Of the wines we tried, their new rosato, the 'Le Caldie Toscana' and 'Lo Scopaio' were all favorites.
