We visited the house twice: once for a visit of the house per se and once to hear a community concert by a local artist. As a 'museum', we really enjoyed looking around and reading the historical information. The house also hosts local artist's work and we learned that Dr. Miyazaki left the home with the intention that this be... More

A very interesting place and story of the house. Lots of neat articles throughout the house. Lovely grounds with flowers and stone work. Entry by donation.

Nicely restored/maintained historic house in downtown Lillooet. Excellent compository of historical information regarding the house, its occupants and the history of the area. Lots of dated photos, with good narrative. A nice dispaly of life in a house of the early times. The house was open, no attendant available and a wedding photo shoot was underway in the back yard.... Our small group visited this eatery at the suggestion of locals on a Thursday night, which is "sushi night."
