We have been to Wookey hole caves today lucky had some vouchers that helped otherwise yet again would be very expensive day out! I did go a few months ago out of the holiday season and notice a few changes today especially in the caves tour! The tour was cut short by a lot the full story in each section... More

I think Wookey Hole caves would have been much more enjoyable if they adopted the individual handset idea that Cheddar have rather than around 60 people trying to listen to one person whilst other people are chatting amongst themselves and small children are crying because of the dark. Also by having a handset you are able to walk around the... More

Lovely day at Wooky Hole- got half price entry due you NHS discount which was a bonus as a bit pricy to get in, but standard to attractions nowerdays. Beautiful caves, fun attractions for our 7 year old daughter. Nice quiet day so easy to get through things. Restaurant food wasn't much choice however. Staff helpful, polite and informative. Could... Caves were interesting with enthusiastic guide. The rest of the site was grim and shabby. It advertises over 20 attractions but is in fact a group damp, grotty buildings full of random tat. Don't waste your money.

When we entered I winced at the price (check Tesco deals earlier next time as can get £10 towards entry with £2.50 tesco points!!) but was a great day so I didn't leave feeling cheated - plenty to see and do and my daughter really enjoyed the caves, 4D experience and the penny arcade - if I had to pick... We had a lovely day out at Wookey Hole yesterday, great to do something a little different, all the family enjoyed the wonder of the caves and found our guide Chloe to be helpful and very informative. The extra activities of the mini golf, soft play and vintage fairground games were a big hit with the adults and children alike.... More

A fun day out for all the family. The caves are beautiful and we rea\lly enjoyed listening to the tour guide who did a fantastic job of explaining the caves and its history. The boys loved the dinosaurs and the 4D cinema although my son (4) didn't like the Wookey Witch all that much. The sample of cave aged cheese... More

The tour guide was very good - informative and provided some fun. We were expecting a boat ride, remembered from a former visit ( must have been different caves). Visited with two teenagers who were a little underwhelmed by the experience. However, was a good stopover on way back from Cornwall and the Mendip Hills and surrounding area is a... More

The caves and additional entertainment were good, but the wait to purchase tickets and then to enter the caves was over an hour, but once inside the day was good, with the dinosaur garden, the 4D film show, the show, amusement arcades and hall of mirrors
