Medway From Above
Dec 2019
Visited this lovely church while attending the Rochester Dickensian Christmas Festival.
Took a tour up the tower, which had fantastic views of Medway. You could see it all,the castle, cathedral, dockyard all the way over to the M2 bridge and also the Great Lines Memorial. Inside the people are nice and talked about their church and it's history. The church is nice inside and the gravestones outside have been moved to the outer wall, which I believe they did so, so people could stroll on it's grounds without the hazard of tripping over the gravestones. Lovely church with great views from the tower or from the grounds overlooking the Medway river.

Visit during dickens for tower tours, weather permitting

Lovely Church. During the June and December Dickens festivals, this beautiful church opens it's bell tower doors to the public where the views of Rochester are amazing. Also inside the Church they have refreshments that are amazingly priced. They normally do sandwiches and rolls or a jacket potato with your tea and coffee. I always buy a lovely cake to take away. They also do jams and marmalade too. For me these are excellent Christmas presents for my Friends. The Church windows are beautiful when the sun shines through, give it a visit.

Special visit to the roof
Aug 2016 • Couples
Visited the church as part of open day of the church, watched and listened to the great bell ringing, stayed for tea and cake and got to go on a trip up a very dusty and chalky spiral staircase to see the beautiful view from the roof.

A wonderful church

Visited this church recently as its local to us and was running a fund raising event for its upkeep,

It is quaint and full of character in keeping with the local Dickens tradition, it's well worth a visit and if the tower is open you can marvel at the views of the Medway estuary.

You can feel the history in this quaint little church! Doesn't take too long to look around, but well worth it if you like historical churches.
