An Amazing Church
Sep 2018 • Family
A beautiful Church with lots of history. Amazing icons. We all said a prayer and lit a candle. The church is well kept and a great place to visit

A place you have to visit
Oct 2017 • Couples
Although it is in Museum Square many people miss this gem. It was the cathedral of the Knights and then turned into a Mosque but many of the Christian pieces of art and frescoes have been found and preserved, and really a gem to visit.

A nice church a little away from the tourist crowded roads of the old town and just close to the Jewish quarter of the town.

An interesting, History rich Church!
Sep 2016 • Solo
Like many of the Greek orthodox Churches, it was at one time converted to a Mosque... and then converted back! It also helps one understand more of Rhodes' rich, checkered and colourful history
In addition there are many other interesting other attractions to be seen/enjoyed in this area!

Fantastic and very old church that has been on my to-do-list for a long time..If ones are interested in churches ans monasterys , this is worth a visit. It's allowed to take photos , and remember to respect the church , and wear propher cloth like no bare shoulders and knees! opening hours are mornings and afternoon

I guess I can only appreciate so many churches that all look the same. If you are in the area stop by and take a quick look. If not don't search this one out.

Being in Rhodes and not visiting this church is a big loss. If you have some idea about the Byzantine history and culture then this is a must. It will make the pieces from the puzzle in your head to settle in the right places. I can talk aa lot, a can post photos, but the truth is that you have to go and see it yourself.

If you are already there, stop but do not make special trip

Not a big or marvel church, has some history, is interesting, do a little research not just wander in like we did.
Old town is interesting but you can get overload.

A little depressed, a little abandoned, a temple that has remained and refers to distant years. If you are not passers not worth going just to visit
