It is a short walk from the free carpark to the natural bridge and you will cross multiple other bridges in the process, including a swing bridge. I wish we could have walked across the bridge, but the view more than made up for it....More

The lush green picnic spots at the entrance to the walkway would be very enticing on a sunny day. We visited in mid-winter. Rain had just stopped and the trees were smelling fresh, lush and delciously fresh and damp. The pathway is so well maintained...More

The walk into the natural bridge is through pristine native bush to the limestone arch that creates the natural bridge. I used Waitomo Caves Tours and Transfers shuttle to get there as the road is extremely windy and not for the faint hearted. I have...More

Easy walk from ample car park and the attraction is free. As a retired geography teacher I actually came across something I didn't know here - epitrophic speleothems!!! Well worth taking half an hour to stretch your legs and enjoy.

The Natural Bridge is a quick 5-10 minute walk off of the Te Anga road and one of the most stunning sights we saw in New Zealand. The collapsed cavern is like something out of an adventure movie. The views from the bridge are stunning!...More

This is one of the highlights on our Waikato Trip! Little walk (could be easily made accessible for dogs, but isn't ;-(. This is as great place to stop and see what amazing places NZ has to offer!

Was not expecting it to be this beautiful! Easy walk to get there and when you see it, there are no words to explain its beauty except it's a must visit! Definitely a "hidden" gem ... Fell in love with the place!

We enjoyed the walk to the bridge and up and around the mount. Take good walking boots. It's not long, about half an hour. But interesting

It was an easy walk with many photo stops along the way. Maybe 15-20 minutes each way. An easy, enjoyable walk at your own pace. Well worth the effort. So beautiful!
