Always good to see the Tamar Presentation. This time we heard about living in Noronha and it was a curious and nice presentation about the island and the life on it.

All the projeto tamar facilities are very nice, I have been at Salvador, Vitoria, Ubatuba and Noronha, always an excellent attraction.

I've visited other Projeto Tamar in Brazil and I could learn and see a lot, but this unit is very disappointing. You can't really learn and see anything and there is no one there to guide you.
Many people make big efforts to preserve turtles and marine life in Fernando de Noronha, and Projeto Tamat is a good place to know some of these efforts. Recommended!
Not much to see about this project but you see their work on all the beaches as they mark all the turtle nests and restrict beach access at certain hours when the turtles are nesting. Keep up the good work
Beautiful sponsored project, but by the looks of it Petrobras, the main sponsor, has too much of its resources tied-up in the major fraud investigation it is under at the moment. The exhibits are run-down, the signs are not updated, and the place definitely needs...More
I urge you to check with this Turtle project when you first get to the island. They have a very educational display at their site in the middle of the island and several times each week you might have the chance to see them working...More
