We called here early on day about 10am. Place was deserted and we had the whole beach to ourselves. Very pretty beach with tall bendy palms swaying in the wind. Well worth a trip.

This is not a beach for swimming, but it is great for chilling out and playing as a family. As we sat on our deck chairs (bring your own) I thought I might not be the richest man in the world, but their must be...More

A beach with a less-than-fabulous name that will blow you away with its beauty. In fact, I thought the cover photo for this beach was my own photo snapped with my average digital camera - because there is no need for a filter, it's exactly...More

My Husband, my friend and I stayed at the villa at the beginning of April and Wow what a beautiful place, the villa was immaculately clean and beautifully presented with all mod cons and air conditioning. The pool area and terrace was equally as beautiful...More

Probably the most beautiful beach on the island. It's rather small but the beach is framed by small cliffs and beautiful palm trees. However, the seaweed was about two feet thick. Personally, I would not return until the nasty stuff is gone as the smell...More

Although this beach can be reached by bus, it's quite a long distance (1/2 mile) from the bus stop. It would be the best to take a taxi or drive there yourself. The road down to the beach is in very bad shapes with many,...More

This beach was so highly rated we made a special detour just to go see what the hype was about. It really is a beautiful spot in a secluded area. You take steps down to the beach, which is relatively small. There are some interesting...More

Beautiful beach. Only us and a couple of others. One local man on the beach climbs the palm trees to cut you down a fresh coconut. Perfect

This is a beautiful beach! It's off the beaten path and as a result does not get a lot of traffic. We visited and there were only 3 other people there. The guys at the top of the stairs will try and sell you drinks...More

After stopping at Sam Lords Castle also a good place to explore, we headed up to Bottom Bay. The water was too ruff to swim in, but the location is so pretty. I would recommend this as part of day trip up the coast.

The road is kind of off-road and really rough yet you drive literally through residential areas until you make it to a small parking "lot" on the rocks/dirt (can't miss it). I don't recall the signs, we used the google maps... More

i would look into Sapphire Beach condos. We just stayed there and we know the owners of a few condos. Very safe, Guards on duty, gated. Nice restaurants very close. Feel free to ask me for more details.

Its a bit in the middle of nowhere so you need a car and there are no bars or restaurants near by. Being on the beach alone, although seemed safe, may be a little daunting for a lady alone, but the locals and beach sellers... More
