Do you know those pictures you see when you google the ‘caribbean’ or ‘paradise’? Well, few those pics must have been taken here in Bottom Bay. This little bay lies between two tall rocky shores with palms reaching the sky, soft and white sands and unbelievable blue sea! The whole place looks like exactly those pictures that you would think... More

Paradise- my favourite beach on Barbados, friendly locals delivered fresh juices in coconuts to the beach, absolutely beautiful secluded setting, kids loved the huge waves but be very careful re strong currents.

Beautiful and quiet beach. A little rough for swimming but ok for some serious paddling. Worth the trip.

We stayed in Bottom Bay for 2 weeks in February 2017 and to be honest, we travelled every day across to the other side of the Island. There is nothing to do in Bottom Bay, no restaurants, no nightlife or decent bars and very limited shopping. It is beautiful in it's own right but this whole side really has only... More

Beautiful (deserted) beach, hidden behind high coral cliff formations, stunning coconut palm trees, battered by the winds. A must see beach - just for an hour or so - , the most easterly point on the island. Rough seas (not good to swim). Easy to reach by (rental) car.

Several Bajans told me that Bottom Bay is the most scenic beach in Barbados so we checked it out They weren't wrong! Breathtaking beach of fine sand backed by tall palms, few people on it, and big breakers hitting the beach. Certainly not a place to swim but you will not stop taking pictures The only thing we would say... More

This beach is nestled between cliffs on both sides with palm trees on the beach....looks like a post card. We just dropped in to see it in person after visiting Crane Beach ten minutes away. There are no amenities here other than a local selling drinks at the top of the stone steps by parking lot before going down to... More

Visited on a sunday afternoon, what a stunning place, beach is accessed but a flight of steps and a little note of caution this is definatly not suitable for people with walking difficulties, a lot of the wooden handrail is either broken or missing, but once you get down the steps what a beautiful beach, a few trees for shade...
