Wonderful class!

The day spent with Massimo and Elena was one of the best we had in Tuscany! Wonderful food and very entertaining! We tried our hand at making truffle Ravioli plus watched Massimo and Elena as they instructed and inspired us with their delicious meal! Shout out to Barbara from the winery who acted as our interpretor! Don't miss this class!

Such fun, a wonderful experience!

My boyfriend I enjoyed a bespoke cooking class with Massimo and Chiara (acting as interpreter and wine guide). We learnt how to make Ravioli stuffed with Gorgonzola cheese, sausage with a sage and butter sauce accompanied by a baked and layered Ratatouille. The process of learning how to make pasta from scratch was fascinating and while getting our hands floury we were told stories of the local area, its foods and wines. I highly recommend this class, you will enjoy it no matter what your level of cooking.

Don't miss this class!!!

Massimo and Elena were fantastic instructors for our Tuscan cooking class. We made chocolate ravioli stuffed with sausage and Gorgonzola, artichoke hearts, stuffed pork roast, and tiramisu. We learned so much about the nuances of Tuscan cooking while having a great time laughing and drinking wine.

From children to seasoned cooks, everyone has something to learn from this class! They even brought a lovely woman in to help translate! Massimo and Helena showed us the essence of Tuscan cooking! Highly recommended!

We were a group of 8 ranging in age from 30 to 81 and all enjoyed it. We learned to make Chocolate Ravioli stuffed with ricotta and spinach, a delicious ratatouille and tagliatelle as well as almond chocolate biscotti. Our main course was roasted guinea hen with Massimo's special blend of spices. His home is a museum in itself with all his collections of china, teapots, and canes, etc. Massimo & Elena were very warm and welcoming. Would recommend this if you have never done a cooking class before.

Fabulous experience and wonderful food

My wife and I loved this experience. Massimo and Bruno were incredibly welcoming. The whole scene was natural and felt exactly like what we imagined a Tuscan home would be.
We watched and helped as Massimo worked magic in the kitchen. Now we know how to make our own pasta.
The very high ratings on Trip Advisor are well deserved.
NOTE re getting there: I clicked on the link within Trip Advisor for directions. This took us (via Google Maps) to a spot about 100m past the main Castello della Paneretta winery where the wine tasting takes place. But this is NOT the where the restaurant/cooking class is! You have to continue another ~500m along Stradella della Paneretta to get to the venue for the cooking class.

Awesome, delicious and unique!

We went for the cooking class and back another evening to taste the unforgettable 'bistecca fiorentina'. We had two unforgettable experiences. Massimo and Bruno were not just amazing hosts but also super passionate in sharing their knowledge, experience and useful tips. In the cooking class, we learnt to cook cantuccini, ravioli di ricotta and spinach with pesto sauce and an amazing pheasant wrapped in prosciutto crudo. The hosts kept us in hypnotic tribes with special treats in between dishes and also amazing wine tasting. We came back for the best bistecca in town and again chef Massimo and sommelier Bruno amazed us with their hospitality and great food. This is the best one can dream on in Tuscany!!!

We spent time learning to cook the Tuscan way with our new friends Massimo, Elena and Margarita. Massimo is the chef who holds classes in his beautiful and unique home. He is assisted by Elena who provides much of the instruction and hands-on teaching. Her daughter interprets as both speak only a little English - which adds to the fun. We made tagliatelle, ravioli, and tiramisu - all of which were delicious. If you want to spend time with beautiful people in an authentic Tuscan kitchen in a warm and friendly atmosphere, this is for you. Plus, not only did we eat what we cooked, we also took enough home fur dinner.

Completely charming and interesting class
Aug 2015 • Couples
We took a cooking class with Mossimo while on vacation in Tuscany, it was one of the highlights of our trip. He is a caring and charming host, and very talented cook - we learned several wonderful recipes and thoroughly enjoyed our visit. We were searching for a personal, authentic cooking experience, and are so pleased to have found this Agriturismo. We spent five hours - three hours cooking and another two visiting over the meal with Mossimo's family - very grateful for the day, which was generous in all respects.

We had a lot of fun and learned how to prepare some nice dishes
May 2014 • Couples
We had a wonderful time doing this cooking class. Patrizia & Mossimo are fun and very entertaining hosts. We also did learn quite a bit during our one-day class so we have already repeated some of the dishes we prepared numerous times since we returned to the US. As someone else has noted we also enjoyed the frequent wine tasting breaks. Patrizia & Mossimo are also very accommodating. If you arrange the class far enough in advance you can also give them suggestions for the menu. We took the class with two other participants who had requested that the menu focus on seafood. We were happy to go along with this suggestion.
