visited this place for the second time in the second trip to Martina. its not to be missed at all. was one of the reason to visit martina again. parking is little difficult but one can manage like everyone else gets through. and its worth the effort. the soft cheeses - mozzarella, burrata, bocconcini are not to be missed. stomach gets full but the sight of their cheeses is just awesome. and the lovely smiling sisters add to the charm. be here, you would relish!

We were recommended his place to taste the Buffala Mozzarella. It's closed in the afternoon. They make the best and most variety of cheeses in Martina Franca. A must visit. Their soft cheese like Buffala Mozzarella, bocconcini, ricotta, are too good. They give cheese tasting but it's chargeable. English it little problem. Located at the centre of Martina Franca. Parking is little problem due to the rush. Recommended.

Very good mozzarella popular with the locals. Situated on a roundabout as you enter Martina Franca from Locorotondo. Act like a local and just abandon your car on the edge of the roundabout. If there is no space just stop in the road, you will only be a few minutes. Seriously though the mozzarella iso good eat it within a few hours for the best taste.

We tried several caseificios in Valle d'Itria and this place did not disappoint. They had a wider variety of cheeses than many caseificios we visited in Italy. We got 2 delicious burrata and a bag of bocconcini to snack on. They were really fresh! Burrata was some of the best and biggest we had in all of Italy! Highly recommended to visit here!
