This is a large, commercial winery and is geared up accordingly. A comprehensive tour with a guide that spoke good English. Worth a visit

We had a short excursion in the cellars with some video information and a tasting afterwards. All in all an interesting experience.

Very interesting and well organised, audio guides make it easy for everyone to follow. Wine tasting at the end was a bonus. Really enjoyed it. Can be done before or after seeing Castelnou as nearby.

You’re given audio guide in English or whatever and you are sent to watch long galleries and very strange videos every 10m. Nice visit for those who like taking photos, but that’s all. You cannot ask questions because they speak just French, even the guides.

There is not a huge amount to see on this tour, but the story of the Violet Brothers is a good one and well worth the telling. On our particular tour the majority of visitors were English speaking. What a pleasant surprise to find they...More
