It was really interesting for us to discover and learn new things about the rich Bulgarian history! Very beautiful and authentic place which left us really impressed!

This is a house of Lyuben Karavelov, a Bulgarian writer. When I visited this house taking picture wasn't allowed, but we can learn about him at this museum. The inner yard with big tree and Karavelov's monument was impressive.

Intersting place to visit. in this house were born Lyuben Karavelov, poet and one of the greatest revolutionaries of Bulgarian liberation, and his brother Petko, great politician and twice prime minister

Take the time and visit all the museum houses. Each house tells a different story - roots of prosperity, free spirit, creativity, the educational force, national pride, dignity etc.

This is one of the six house/museums available to tour on a combination ticket. They are all worth a look through. Enjoy the stroll around this charming village.
