Well, it was necessary to take the ferry from Fajardo to Vieques, and back again, during our vacation. Price was fantastic. My kids got sick, but that was due to Hurricane Beryl churning the water. Ferry staff was kind.

Perhaps it’s because tourism is kicking back up, but we were pleasantly surprised to have NO problems. Easy process. Recommend Dramamine if you get motion sick. Took an Uber to the ferry from old San Juan. Trip back was especially easygoing

Hello! You can only get tickets at the ticket counter in Fajardo. You must either go yourself or pay someone to buy them for you. On long weekends sometimes they don’t even sell them in advance. I always suggest to go during... More
