The glowing water is really cool to see but the ride back through the mangroves in the pitch black against the current is not for the faint of heart! Be prepared to work and don't forget the bug spray.

So much fun kayaking at night, and then to see the AMAZING bioluminescense in the water for the first time ever! It is hard to describe without seeing it with your own eyes. What was crazy was when I looked in the water and saw what looked to be a 6 foot snake slithering in the water, lighting up the... More

Mystique, relaxation and adventure, all in one. Loved the sound of paddles softly lifting the warm water, the quiet participation of many, the leaders, and mostly the challenge of conquering pitch black tunnels of mangrove trees in a kayak to be welcomed by a most romantic star lit bay, huge jumping native fish and the blue luminescence of the plankton... One of the top attractions in east Puerto Rico. Bio Bay kayaking was outstanding experience for me and my wife. Again, it was our first time and we flipped in the water 😀. We made our kayaking at night and it was unforgettable experience. We made our way to the Bio Lagoon and there we saw a miracle, we saw... More

I have nothing but great things to say about this company! Myself an two other friends went on the bio bay and aquafari excursion. The team was amazing. They make you feel safe and comfortable while they educate you on the beauty of this island. I would recommend Kayaking Puerto Rico to everyone who visits Puerto Rico. We will always... More

Didn't think the four of us would manage to well with no experience...but it was great. Really nice crew -- the glowing waters were amazing -- even better, the jelly fish they pulled out of the lagoon with the glow inside them. Yokahu Kayak trips -- a little hard to get hold of and the area is hard to find... More

Went with Peniel tours. Esther was a fantastic guide. And all of the helpers were great. Kayaking was strenuous and lots of folks did not know how to kayak.

ok, so kayak thru a swamp attached to 20 other rookie kayakers. the best time to go is in the dark, so be ready to crash into mangrove trees & other kayakers. get to the bay & be ready for a let down on this whole "glowing thing" - & we were supposedly there at the best time of the... More

I really excited to go kayaking especially since everything in the water would glow in the dark but once we got there , nothing actually glowed. It was a nice experience , we got to see a big full moon out on the water and was fun kayaking but if I would have known the glow in the dark depended... More
