This was a horrible tour. There are either too many people in the group for the guides to help, or they need more guides. When we were in pitch blackness, and went into a tree, there were no guides to help us or the stuck...More

We were so impressed with the whole operation. They contacted us ahead of time to say that the luminescence was limited and we could either get our money back or go at a reduced rate. We figured any luminescence was going to be more than...More

These two people kayaks sit low enough in the water and are relatively easy to maneuver. BUT bring mosquito repellent and plan your trip on a dark, moonless or very cloudy night for the best view of the bioluminescence.

Beautiful and fascinating to see the defend mechanisms of these creatures of nature at night. Our guides were well experienced and knowledgeable. They could literally find their way in the dark. The view of the astronomy in the open bay was breathtaking.

Not worth the $$ spent, but it was an exciting excursion for us. The trip to the bay was the best part! There were accidents on the highway so we took the back roads along the shore line. I was thrilled to see the indigenous...More

Everyone in our group (9-54) enjoyed this! Most did the 9pm kayaking though a few of us chose the electric boat. Either way... was a once in a lifetime experience! Kayaking through the mangrove trees in the dark was not an easy task but was...More

This is one of those must-see, must-do activities on the island. It's unique to Puerto Rico and it's an amazing site to see. We were a little nervous about the kayak trek but the water was smooth and it was not that difficult.

Take a flashlight! You will travel through a small canal in the pitch black. Kayaks will crash everywhere the entire time. The bio bay is pretty cool and is the only reason I'm giving this review a 2. By the time you reach the bay,...More
