A touch pricey for admission for what you get. I thought the james bond part was cool where they show you the movie, and our guide also threw a live chicken to the crocs. Not the ideal thing to see but thats nature at its finest. Guide was knowledgable about animals!

Crododile swamp safari. We found this trip by accident as we passed by it one day and asked our driver, it wasn't offered by tui so we asked our agent to speak to one of the other reps and arrange it, (any Bond fan this is a must :-) ) When we arrived (around 45 mins from lucea on the way to brae river ) after getting a red stripe we were introduced to a young lady called who took us round the park, it's all fenced off but on the croc side they just live in their natural habitat. There was loads of different animals and she spoke about them all, you also get to hold a snake, tortoise and small croc, and you can have your picture whilst doing it, with your own phone/camera. When we got to the main croc part she fed some of them , they came straight over when she opened the tin of meat. Then we got to the famous small island and the house where the croc scene happened in live and let die, got a picture on that , its overgrown but they are clearing the area to make it tidy like on the film, recreation of kanagas drug house is there too. The walk round lasted about 1 hour , maybe little more. We really enjoyed this trip here.

We spent a lovely morning at the swamp. We had the place to ourselves with our guide. It's small but have a variety of animals to view. Our guide was lovely and extremely knowledgeable. This is not a big zoo with modern facilities but they care for the animals they have a great deal. It is not really promoted like most attractions so not a lot of people know about it. We are a family that love crocs so we enjoyed it very much. Remember to spray yoursef all over before you go in or you will be eaten by mosies.
