Perfect timing!

Right on time, very efficient. Nothing to ask for more! Either by car or just for people. There is one every hour, also during the night!

3 persons + fiat panda. Bought tickets on sunday for 40 euro in 2 directions to use the next day. Otherwise it would be 47 euro if had bought it on monday. Used them on monday without any problem, however the departure time was sunday. The seller told us that on weekend the prices are lower. The maddalena lines offered... More

Most of the people book a ferrytrip from Palau to La Maddalena. We did the opposite while we staying in La Maddalena. This ferry runs the whole day and the service is very good. The journey takes about 20 minutes before arriving in Palau. You can go for a walk in the little village of Palau, have a drink and... More

Buy tickets at the ticket office at the harbour in Palau or in the ticket office next to the garibaldi column bus stop in La Maddalena . Free wifi on board. Sails frequently throughout the day and hourly over the evenings and early mornings. Good views travelling to La Maddalena. Cheap crossing for a single person (under 6euro).

We enjoyed the ride over on the ferry but getting on and off the boats was a bit of a free for all. No order just cars and trucks just going as they want to. The ferry ride however was just beautiful scenery and vistas of the Magdalena lslands.

We thought this was great value. It's a 25min crossing to the island. Not much else to say. It is what it is. Cost us around €28 for 2 people and a small car.

I visited Calasetta/Carloforte in September 2015 specifically to see the Delcomar ships. I came from the UK to see their ferry GB CONTE which is the ex Isle of Wight ferry 'St Catherine' which used to operate in the UK with Sealink & later Wightlink (a ship I spent 10 years working on). I was afforded every courtesy by the... More

We took this ferry from Palau to La Maddalena this afternoon. Smiling and quick service (park in front on the ticket store, just on harbour entrance). Ferries are running every 30 min (xx:15 and xx:45). The trip lasts about 20 min. Beautiful scenery. My only remark is about price: 50 Euro for 2 people and a compact car (after the... More

Service is ok. Ferries from Palau to La Maddalena and return are available every 15 minutes during the day and every hour during the night. The cross is quick, it takes only 20 min. A return ticket for two people and a car is 49€.
