Ferry service is frequent and there are 3 companies. All have their ticket offices in the same building in Palau and in La Maddalena, and they each post the time of the next boat. Did not see much difference in any of them. Round trip...More

There are different companies that go back and forth between Palau and Magdalena and there are huge price differences between companies ( +/- 100%). The most expensive one is DELCOMAR. They use malicious tricks to lure you on board: • They have people on the...More

Don’t purchase tickets from this company. As you will see from other reviews if using the search term ‘expensive’, you arrive at the port and are pointed toward a ticket office by fluorescent jacketed people that look like port officials but are really Delcomar. It...More

Enjoyed this trip - clean & efficient service. Lots of families aboard. Accidently booked the wrong date and they quickly changed the booking for us - no charge. This trip was actually taken in late September 2017. We were in a rental car. The boat...More

The ferry system is a blessing. The 2 boats go back and forth in a timely fashion. A car and 2 people were $43.00 round trip. It was easy to board and use. It was reliable and safe as well.

Advise from here regarding the different ferries. Parked up and bought from this firm's ticket office as opposed to the hi Vis staff from the competitor. Turns out it's about 1/5 cheaper. Takes same time (15 mins) and all fine.

Easy way to visit La Maddelena. It is the cheapest way to visit the Island. If you want to go to the beaches check the bus timetable.

Simple, not too expensive, smooth transfer from Palau to La Maddalena with our rental car. Ideal to explore the island and the neighbouring island Caprera. Simple and clean transportation, with great views while the actual transfer does not take too long.

I don’t understand why we need to pay a fee for bicycles.. there is no special room or service for the cyclists, so why the fee?

Dear Customer, thank your review. You paid the space we reserve you into our garage to transport your bike: every vechicle pays a fee. Obviously, the bicycles's fares are less expensive. Best regards
