Nice place for a picnic. Check out the butterflies in the conservatory, eat a a restaurant in the village, skate, or watch a movie in the park.

Mix of architecture. Bars and restaurants mixed with houses and condominiums. Narrow winding streets with limited parking. Near the art museum and Playhouse in the Park, as well as Eden Park with the Krohn Conservatory.
