Nice scenery and wines

We stopped at this winery as soon as we got on the riesling trail and we were not disappointed. The wines are good and the scenery is beautiful, specially outdoors.

We tasted wine at another place, but found aesthetic satisfaction at Seven Hills. We were only interested in red wines, came home with two varieties of cabernet. For Valentine's dinner, we immensely enjoyed a bottle of cab. The tasting server suggested uncorking the cab in the morning to enjoy at dinner. We followed the suggestion tonight. What a great plan!... More

Beautiful tasting room in renovated mill just steps from the Marcus Whitman hotel. The tasting is $10 per person, which is applied to any purchase. We enjoyed chatting with the friendly and knowledgeable woman who poured our wines. The wines are delicious and we even bought a couple of bottles to take home. Highly recommend the Pentad blend (pricey, but... More

We visited Seven Hills Tasting room recently. Their location (in downtown Walla Walla) is very convenient, and the staff who work there are very friendly and accommodating. The selection of wines they were pouring was good, and if you show an interest, they may pour some NOT on the list. Although the wines aren't cheap, the quality is always good... More

Very welcoming staff in the tasting room. No reservations needed, which is good.!! Such a cool old building and most of all great wines. Out of the 5 wineries we visited today this was the only one we purchased wine from.

Loved the industrial and brick space, bright and welcoming. Staff was gracious. Wines were good, especially the Reds (petite verdot and Cabernet Sauvignon) and the late harvest Riesling. Although we didn't join, their wine club has better terms than most.

We had heard good things about Seven Hills, and our tasting room experience exceeded expectations. They make a slew of terrific wines at a variety of price points - late harvest riesling, pint gris, petit verdot, and Ciel du Cheval blend were particular favorites. The tasting room gals (I was remiss in not getting their names) were happy to answer... More

These wines are at best average in my humble opinion. They are drinkable but I would not go out of my way for them. Check out the many other wines in the area. But, hey, these might suit your palate better than mine. I should not judge too harshly.

Seven Hills has a convenient downtown location for their tasting room and winery. The space is beautiful - airy and modern. Julie was superb in guiding through our tasting. Not only were the wines delicious, but we also learned a lot about the local wine industry. One unusual wine is their pinot gris made from Oregon grapes, which we enjoyed... More
