So Much Fun!

Our family had so much fun at Breakout Waikiki! The staff was helpful and our first time went very well. The room was engaging and not too hard. We recommend this as a fun family night out for all.

Family of six including seniors, young adult s and teen had great time. Challenging but also solvable. Very good special effects. Great location in downtown Waikiki.

Super fun attraction. Great for all ages, makes the teens work on “verbal” communication and team work (Can’t use your cell phones). 😁

better than expected

I went into this experience nervous because I suffer from anxiety and the idea of being in a locked room unable to get out didn’t sound fun to me. HOWEVER, the door does not actually lock and you can leave whenever you want. The workers are super nice and give helpful hints. My friends and I made it out with 4 seconds to spare, it was the most fun I’ve had in a while. Full of laughs and high fives. perfect team building experience too.

It was my son's 12th birthday and he wanted to go to an escape room really bad. I would totally recommend Breakout Waikiki! My son is still talking about how much fun he had! This is a great way to spend some time as a family and work together, without (gasp), the use of a cell phone!

Lots of fun on Valentine’s

We solved The Hero on our Valentine’s double date. So much fun! The staff was really friendly and helpful. This is our 2nd Valentine’s at breakout Waikiki. A new tradition!

One of the best escape rooms in Hawaii with hidden things. Definitely will return Armory ambush was fun and challenging

Still new to escape rooms, but so far this was the best one yet. Staff was very accommodating and friendly. Would highly recommend going here when visiting Waikiki.

The rules are simple, you have 60 minutes to solve the puzzles, unlock clues, and put it all together to breakout in time! It’s hard to say anything more without giving away some of the fun, but the overall guidelines are as follows:
-everything you need is in the room
-you won’t need to pick locks or break anything open
-your phone won’t be necessary to solve the puzzles
-you will need to work together with your team if you want to breakout
-if you get stuck, you’ll have three free clues that you can use at anytime
