Very nice stroll around the outside of the stadium. Lots of unique souvenirs at a good price. This is a must do in Oahu.

Some of the bigger stalls do, but they will charge you a "tax" to do so. You are better off bringing enough cash. I wouldn't use the ATM on site, it looks kind of shady to me.
