Stay away from the Tory Burch store at this location
Jun 2021
Stay away from the Tory Burch store at this location. the store manager Alana Yokoji is a terrible sales person.
We bought two bags in 3 days at this location. When the sales associate mentioned there is a discount available for the 2nd purchase. Alana was unwilling to help us, she claimed it was online only discount and they cannot apply the discount because we didn't provide email. How come a sales person constantly find excuses and blame the customer for not getting the best deal? And she also assumes it is the customers responsibility to provide emails for further promotion. this attitude pisses us off. Why would a customer buy anything from a sales that doesn't work for the customer's best interest?
I don't understand why such an incapable person will appear on the store manager position. this really ruins the brand image of Tory Burch.

Lots to see and do
Aug 2019 • Friends
My friend and I found ourselves wandering down these sidewalks quite often since we were staying in a nearby hotel. The shops ranged from expensive boutiques to drug store type shops. The foliage was beautiful and the path eventually led to Waikiki beach. I loved that there were bars and restaurants in this area too. Every path led to a different adventure.

Good for food, a bit of culture and window shopping
Mar 2020
This is a very pretty indoor/outdoor mall. If the stores were not just a bunch of high end chain stores but local shops this would be a perfect place to visit, but unless you are planning to spend like a high-roller, you'll be window shopping. The food is a mix of chains (skip) and local places.

The neat thing which bumps this up from 3 to 4 is the cultural events calendar which include Hulu and Lei-Making classes.

It has pretty landscaping too.

Shopping Mall
Mar 2020
We visited the Royal Haiwaiian Center several times during our stay in Waikiki.

Its attached to the Royal Hawaiian Hotel, the second oldest luxury hotel in the area. Its not hard to miss as its coloured pink and next door to the oldest hotel in Waikiki which is the Westin Moana Surfrider.

The mall is a quiet expansive mall with lots of greenery surrounding.

We enjoyed a meal there at Noi Thai Restaurant

Good For Shopping and Restaurants
Feb 2020
We wandered through this and noted the shopping and restaurants. This will be a higher end mall so you won't find cheap t shirt shops. At least we didn't but it was nice to stroll through and window shop.

Very Nice mall
Mar 2020 • Couples
Nice outdoor mall. Some interesting stores that you don’t find elsewhere (hello Royal Hawaiian Golf shop) and some of the usual suspects. Nice selection of restaurants. A good place for some less pricey places to eat. Just if you really want to get some crazy shipping done, go down the street to Ala Moana.

Many high end shops, but it also has an upstairs food court with coffee shops and Asian food etc.Undercover so you can keep out of the sun.

Excellent!

The free cultural activities are great. We did the hula lesson and show as a group and it was really fun. There are shops as well. We went to the bakery and it was great. We had our bachelorette party here and it was a great choice. We got there early for the class sign-up and it was good that we did since it was pretty crowded. The lesson was fun and informative. Great to learn about the dance and language.

Beautiful Center, Nice Shopping/Restaurants
Jan 2020 • Couples
I was looking for parking in the Waikiki area and the Royal Hawaiian Center offered the best deal and was the closest to Kalakaua St. to walk to other shops and Waikiki beach. We parked for 4 hours for $4.(most parking lot we looked at wanted $6 per hour with no validation discount). We had to purchase something for $10 and have a validation for 2 hours free parking and discounted for the next 2 hours but we were going shopping so that was easy. The parking garage was easy to find and we found parking right away. The Royal Hawaiian Center is several levels with escalators. Restaurants on the top level and shops on the street level. Chinese Lunar New Year celebrations were going on with decorations and the drums and dragons were going from shop to shop to bless the stores for 2020. There are beautiful places to sit and relax and people watch. There is a good mix of high end and moderate stores and we found plenty of things to buy. We walked to Waikiki Beach to watch the sunset and had dinner at Hula Grill on the beach. There is plenty to see and do. We walked both sides of Kalakaua St. and shopped along the way. Great shopping but and even better parking deal.
