Went here to buy some gifts to take home. I asked a few questions regarding some products in some of the stores but the staff seemed unable to understand English. This mall appeared to be geared towards non-native English speakers. I could not make myself understood so I left

Formerly Dfs galleria. Visited in January 2011 for the first time. Then in December 2012. Last visit was February 2016. This is a complex of luxury brand stores inside. There is a 2 floor coach store and then higher end brands. Bought some dark chocolate covered macadamia nuts here once in the section by Godiva. In February I checked out... More

Agreed with all the other reviewers - True. Did manage to get Disney's Moana Towel. Make sure to look around first before purchase. Some staff not helpful and not smiling.

Reminds us of Selfridges high end tasty good food. We came for the Dole Whip for $5 but fell in love with the Godiva Chocolate Soft Serve for $6 So good we went twice. Shave ice is not exciting to people from Michigan too much like snow!! People watching is like a trial run for Tokyo. You'll be bowing and... More

Shopping here can prove cheaper than some items at the outlet. Well worth a visit, especially for cosmetics and alcohol. Worth knowing your prices before you go. Some sales staff weren't very obliging or friendly, however Japanese lady in Hugo Boss was delightful.

DFS us on luxury row and provides all your duty free under one roof. Shop at your leisure and your goods will be transported to the airport. Celine and Zegna have a good range. Disappointed to see many of the make up ranges eg Tom Ford low on colours and stock. Like any duty free, know your product and price,... More

Unless you have slanted eyes or are from Japan or China don't even bother venturing to this hole. The sales attendants are ignorant and won't even acknowledge you, besides their prices are ridiculous. They have doubled the cost all in the name of duty free....you are better off at an abc store located on every block in Waikiki. This place... More

Walking past with my wife. Just thought we would have a quick look. You get to the end and then there is a duty free store on the 3rd floor. You take the escalator up and once you are there you are trapped. You have to walk around the whole building to get to an escalator that takes to to... More
