Chief's Luau Admission

369 reviews
No trip to Oahu is complete without attending a luau, complete with hula dancers and a fire show. With your experience at the Chief's Luau, you get all that and more, starting with a lei greeting and welcome drink, before settling into a traditional Hawaiian feast. From Polynesian culture to fantastic food, optional hotel transfer and hula dance lessons to practice making fire, this luau is a showstopper.

This was my first visit to Waikiki. I have been on a lot of cruises and resorts and have seen lots of nice beaches. This of course is a beautiful beach but I was a disappointed by the crowds. But who can be disappointed when you're in Paradise on vacation and you have beautiful views of diamond Head and blue water!

A great beach with amazing water. Cleaner now with fewer people and a more relaxed vibe. Lots of beaches on Oahu, but if staying in Waikiki this is a no-brainer.

Being 100% honest, I only gave 4 stars due to often times, (more specifically at night) there was a pretty intense urine smell in certain areas, but all in all it was lovely. Sometimes it felt a bit overcrowded, but still room on the beach. The weather was in the 80's our entire 10 day stay, with the occasional sunshower followed with a rainbow, couple times we saw double rainbows. Snorkeling was awesome, not only all the fish but several days turtles showed up and we got to swim for them. This experience was better than the "swim with turtles" excursion that we PAID for. I would definitely do it again

Waikiki Beach is beautiful especially on a hot sunny day. We got to see some of the famous sites and of course enjoy the water. The boardwalk was calming and people were really nice. I would recommend you bring plenty of water and a towel incase you take a dip.

We really like Waikiki beach and we really enjoyed our time there. The place is perfect to learn surfing, but also if you want swim or chill out and check up the sun. In the weekend is unfortunately too crowded: there are several restaurants that offer live music show on the beach during dinner.
