The beach is near perfect with the sand, grassy areas, Palm trees, the beautiful Kapiolani park is across the street. Get there early for good parking spots, but even later in the day you can usually find one. Have fun!

This is an amazing piece of beach and paradise all rolled up into one. The sand is so soft and warm and the beach is clean. So close to Waikiki Beach Marriott Resort too.

Lovely beach for water sports, bathing or just sunbathing. Showers to rinse off after you've had enough fun. Then stroll through and read up on some of the history of the area and it's people. The beach mound has hula or music a couple nights...More

They have regular shows depending upon the day of the week, supported by Hilton. I found the caliber of show to be as good as or better than the luau show I paid for

Nice family friendly beach. Lots of people, but that was to be expected. Nice and clean, you can hire boards etc.

Kuhio Beach is in the heart of Waikiki. A must visit location you don't want to miss. Day or night it buzzes with activity. Enjoy the beach, the shops, the restaurants...

We saw three 'shows' when we were here, lovely to sit on the mound by the beach at watch the Hula show. It started at 6.30pm, get there early to get a good spot on the grass.

This beach is where the action is. catamarran sails and outrigger canoes. You can take a surfing lesson or rent a board Of course all this means is not much room left to sit on the beach But to watch the action it is great

Kuhio is right in the middle of tourist central in Waikiki. Right off the main boardwalk filled with brand name stores like Saks Fifth, Prada, Coach, etc... it was WAY too crowded and almost claustrophobic for my taste. For the gorgeous, tropical, white sand beach...More
