Again another must see but for me I was unable to go inside the submarine as I am mush to tall and the space for me was very cramped but if you are less than 6 ft tall then it is a must

It's not every day you get the opportunity to visit a submarine so we jumped at the opportunity to explore the USS Bowfin, and it exceeded our expectations. Until you are on the submarine, it's hard to imagine how so many men lived and worked...More

The USS Bowfin is considered by the US navy to be one of the luckiest submarines ever not being struck once in its history. This submarine is under display in pearl harbour and allows you to go into the submarine and explore its great wonders....More

I did not spend the $12 to enter the USS Bowfin but just walking around the Park was satisfying. You see missles and torpedoes. Even a captured Japanese manned torpedo. There are plenty restrooms, a snack bar and gift shop.

Part of the USS Arizona and Ford Island experience. Give yourself enough time to go through the decks and read all the information that is provided.

When visiting the Pearl Harbor memorials you should of course, if you have sufficient time, visit the sub Bowfin. This memorial don't take much time, I think a maximum of maybe 30-45 minutes without guide.

It was very interesting to discover how the submariners live. It gives you an idea of how difficult it must be to live underwater in the middle of the ocean. The museum on the side is also very interesting with lots of cool artifacts on...More

Enjoyed our visit. The Bowfin was commissioned one year to the day after Pearl Harbor was attacked and played a vital role in the war that followed. The exhibit is well maintained and very well presented.

The Bowfin itself is just a self-guided walkthrough. It really depends when you go/how busy it is. We went during off-season and it took us about 20-30 minutes.
