So cool to see inside a sub, it's not something you get to do everyday! Get a good insight in what life would be like as a submariner!

An inexpensive tour but super informative and fun to go on the actual submarine. Really worth doing.

Entry $12.50 with free audio guide and not timed so enter at your leisure. This is an actual submarine, so if you're claustrophobic, think twice. Also if you're taller than 6 foot, you will have to duck down A LOT. And if you're older or...More

It's a nice park part of the greater Pearl Harbor Museum. The submarine is small and you can walk through it pretty quickly but it's very cool to see. There is a nice area around and outside the submarine to sit and eat and look...More

In excellent condition and very interesting, but if you are a large person, suffer from claustrophobia or have any disability that will hinder you clambering through raised doorways you will have to give it a miss. It is very tight down there - but they...More

This tour was not included in the Pearl Harbor package that we purchased through Grey Line, but we added it and really enjoyed walking through the submarine and seeing what it was like to live and work onboard the USS Bowfin. It was well preserved,...More

This submarine is worth the extra charge while you are at Pearl Harbor. The tour is very good. I saw some people didn't take the headset and tour and why would you do that?! You will get nothing out of this is you don't use...More

Amazing tour if you are interested in seeing how WW2 submarines operated and the conditions under which our submariners operated. The Bowfin is located right at the Arizona Memorial so can be visited in conjunction with Arizona. Access thru the submarine is cramped so not...More

A fun little exploring side-trip while at Pearl Harbor. It's amazing how tightly-packed a submarine is! There is a audio-tour available. The kids were moving too fast for me to be able to listen to each numbered stop, but it seemed to be well done....More

I don't think so. I recall waiting for the Arizona film to start and then going out to the site but I think for the submarine you just go whenever.
