The path up is uneven in parts, but for someone in reasonable health and fitness and knows how to pace themselves, it is a great climb, but please wear appropriate shoes. We saw women in heels and in flip flops...not smart and actually potentially dangerous...More

The hike is well worth it. The views you see are spectacular. You can take postcard perfect pictures and get a feel good workout too.

One of the easiest hike you can do on Oahu, it's the most famous mountain on island! Even if you have to climb a multitude of steps the view at the end will worth!

Short hike but very good view. Very accessible, by bus or drive. Safe and very organised. A must when in Oahu.

This was a fun hike, up and down within about hour and a half. Many people though looked tired out, lots of stairs. Once you reach the top there are amazing panoramic views of Waikiki and the ocean. Highly recommend for an inexpensive activity. We...More

The park opens at six am and the tour buses are all lined up to go in the park. Daylight is an hour later. Wear good shoes as the terrain is uneven. On a clear morning it is worth getting out of bed early for.

The Bus (yes that is the name of the local bus service) has great service. We took a hotel shuttle because of a marathon that took place the day we visited.
