Unfortunately, the USS Arizona Memorial was closed on December 7th, when we visited. That seems a little ironic. On this very special day, it would be closed to the public? Oh well, we got close to it.

Had to see it to say YES, I been there. Clean, friendly staff, repetitive information we all know. Did not pick up anywhere that a security check is done on entry and that all bags need to be placed in a locker!
The visit was truly an emotional experience. I will never forget it. The one thing that I wish we could have done was get onto the memorial but the dock had to be shut down because of cracks. We were taken out to the memorial...More
