This mission is just off I-17. The visitor center and museum is small. You can pick up a brochure for the self-guided tour, which is very informative. The church is not in great condition, but what's there is beautiful. I found it very peaceful. The...More

This partially restored mission is 3 miles south of Tubac and is a wonderful place to spend a day strolling the grounds and learning about the history of the area and the Spanish settlers.

Strolling around the peaceful grounds is a real pleasure. This national park explains how the Spanish Jesuits came up from Mexico and established the new settlement. Beautiful setting.

Lots of history here and some amazing old structures. The water feature in the garden gave me some great ideas for incorporating a water feature into my garden at home.
