Came here looking for a hike but it's just a path through some grass. It was cool enough to see the "Little Mo" but not really worth the walk, though it takes little effort.

We drove through the grassland, it is a very beautiful site, but keep a half of tank of gas always, we went for an hour at a time without seeing another vehicle, towns of less than 100.

We toured the Little Missouri National Grasslands while visiting Medora. The view is amazing and definitely worth going to see.

This broad expanse of flat to rolling land is in great contrast to the mountains of the park and equally important to the natural order, very soothing.

We drove through here on our way to Montana from Bismarck. It's one of those places where you need to just put the electronics away and enjoy what your driving by. The nice open expanse of this land makes you proud to be an American.

We saw a great deal of the Little Missouri National Grassland during our visit to Theodore Roosevelt National Park and the surrounding area. What I particularly like about the grasslands is the open space, which gives a person a sense of freedom. The region I...More
