What an outstanding experience Angel's Gate provided! We visited the Grand Canyon years ago by ourselves, without being part of a tour, and we really missed a lot. Angel's Gate filled in the many blanks. Our tour guide, Sam, was extemely knowledgeable, friendly, approachable, accommodating -- all that you'd want in a tour guide. He picked us up in a... More

I'm glad I did my research and booked a tour with Angel's Gate Tours before our first trip to the Grand Canyon. We were there on July 4th, so it was pretty crowded. Our guide, David, was able to take our small group to places away from the more crowded areas. My favorite views of the Canyon were at Desert... More

My family and I recently took the Angels Gate tour of the Grand Canyon. We had seen so many positive reviews that our expectations were quite high. The tour was everything we could have hoped it could be. Our guide, Kopavi, was great. He knew so much about the geography and plant life. He also took us to many out... More

My husband and I had been looking forward to seeing the Grand Canyon for a long time. We really looked into what would be the best trip. To plan it ourselves or to find a guide. We looked at a couple of sites including Angel's Gate. We are so pleased that we chose Angel's Gate and Dave Henrey. They have... More

I just wanted to write and "Thank your company" for the best tour possible tour to the Grand Canyon. David, was our guide, he was very knowledgeable, and was a lot of fun. The picnic was something else, we sat on the edge of canyon and eat out lunch. We will never forget our trip to Canyon. I had, had... More

We decided to see the Grand Canyon from a different perspective since we live in Arizona and have a second home in Flagstaff. We took a visiting guest with us from out of state for his first time visit. First, we were picked up directly from our home on time in a nice clean van. Our tour guides were friendly... More

This was our first trip to the canyon since we were kids and we both had only faint memories. Our guide, Dave was engaging, knowledgeable and completely focused on our group having a great time. There were three couples on the trip in a large comfortable van. We were picked up in our hotel in Flagstaff. The trip was a... More

My family of four went on the grand canyon tour with Chris from Angel's Gate Tours out of Flagstaff, AZ. It was the best decision we could have made. He picked us up at our hotel and drove us to the Grand Canyon in a very comfortable van, complete with sodas and bottled water. Along the way we got a... More

We booked the rim tour of the Grand Canyon with this company on the recommendation of our B&B host. It was well worth the cost. The van picked us up at the B&B in Flagstaff. There were only 6 people in the group which was a nice size. The tour guide was very knowledgeable about the canyon--history, geology, plants, etc.... More

I called the night before and arranged this tour. With an 830 pick up from the hotel you can sleep the hour up to the grand canyon. The tour guide David is very educated on the grand canyon and can get a little long winded at times but I learned more than I would on our own. Using a high... More
