Though the college may not be in the best of neighborhoods, it's worthy of a visit for breakfast, lunch or dinner. Great food and very reasonable prices!

Terrific little school with great sports. Section around it has collapsed and is ugly. The school itself is well done but it is in a very poor section of town.

If you are viewing this as a tourist attraction, it is just ok. As a college it is an average to above average school depending on the major. Their physical therapy, physician asst. and physical education programs are very good. Their liberal arts/education etc. program is decent and average to above. The campus is nice for a small school. Stop and walk around, you will be amazed at how much beauty can be found in an inner city college. The people are very friendly and the history of the school is evident in the buildings.

Not much of an attraction--I have family members who attend/ed so I visited. Springfield (the city) is most Unattractive but once you go through the gates the College is quite pretty. The gymnastics teams put on a really neat show every fall but it's hard to get tickets.

If you want to see future NBA stars, you will definitely seem them at the hoop hall classic. It's hard to believe they are in high school. We'll worth the trip and a steal for the money. Springfield College always runs a first class event.

Among the smaller colleges, Springfield College stands out for its consistent growth, its supportive atmosphere, and its humanics philosophy. The campus is well maintained, the students are friendly and very supportive of each other's campus sports teams, and the school has a philosophy of "getting out into the community" to do good works. There are about 5000 students, and while... More

It was a beautiful facility. Unfortunately, our team got stuck in the basement gym for 3/4 games and it was soooo hot !!! Not good or safe for high energy sports players.
