Some really amazing stuff to look at from AK Natives from across the state. The woman working while we were there was such a delight and incredibly knowledgeable. Make sure to take your time and look in the drawers.

Well organized museum. Lady at the front was helpful. Entrance price was good. I learned a lot about the native cultures. Art was excellent o to look at during a quick visit. Bathrooms were clean. I would go back again.

Our visit to this little (private collection) museum was made really special by Karen, the woman who was working that day, She took the time to point out items of interest and to teach us. A really worthwhile experience.

Best way to see this is on your way to Nat'l Park with the Totems. You'll have a better experience if you rengage the friendly staff in conversation.

Great place to take your family and see the native art of SE Alaska. The totem poles are awesome along with all of the other native art that is displayed. A must see while in Sitka.

This is a great home, converted into a museum. The old history of Sitka is told through the story of the family that lived here. This is the best collection of antiques and items from the past. Well worth the visit, You don't need a...More
