Our second visit. This time we brought friends. Very inexpensive. Our friend has some trouble walking so this place is ideal. Small enough to see the whole place easily and no steep hills. There are so many unique reptiles and animals here. A must see....More

Visited this place to see the alligator snapping turtle. From the outside it looks a little run down but do not let that put you off. It is after all a rescue zoo and you have to keep this in mind when visiting. Great selection...More

This is a nice place to go however, the animals in the park like to stick their heads in your windows. It is a nice clean park except for those guests who enjoying throwing their used feed buckets out the window of their cars. They...More

Very nice zoo where the animals seem to be cared for and loved. I would agree with other reviewers that the crocodile and alligator enclosures were a little sad, but the other reptile tanks were adequate. Our son really loved the monkeys, the tiger and...More

What a great place to do a quick walk through and see a few fascinating creatures. It is a rescue facility so this is not a typical "zoo" but the baby goats are sooo cute and you so get to feed and pet them (so...More

We took our 7 year old grandson to visit the zoo since he loves reptiles. We were very much impressed with their extensive snake exhibits. The zoo itself isn't as nice though. The animal enclosures are overgrown and too small. We were especially disturbed in...More

I was a little taken back by the entrance fees yet understand that this is a self-supporting operation that handles rescued animals so I bit the bullet and got tickets for myself and 2 grandkids. The snake exhibits were better than I've seen in major...More

Me and my son(11yr old) live near here and we always try to visit as much as we can. We are huge animal lovers and my son loves the snakes and wants to work there or volunteer.

This was the first zoo we've been where the animals seemed right at home and comfortable showing some personality! It was interesting to see this and learn about their stories. Although it was small, we spent a lot of time at each exhibit just watching...More
