Went today and was surprised at how few vendors there were. Black Friday and way less than 1/4 of the booths open. One vendor said the other vendors had left for the season and only locals were left. Doubt it. Jewelry guy to the left and then right wanted $175 for earrings at 50% off. You could drive to Gallup... More

I'll just start by saying I've been going here for at least 15 years. I've gotten some breathtakingly beautiful pieces of jewelry and clothes here. It used to be a lot larger than it is now with more Native American vendors; I don't know what happened. It's still worth going to. I would allow a half-day so you can meander... More

They have lots of locally made jewelry and other items you would expect to see. The shops cover about 1.5 acres and there is no entry or parking fee. Some deals can be had!

We went Friday, September 16, and there were only about 1/4 to 1/3 of the spots filled, hence the average review. Maybe there are more vendors on Saturdays; don't know. If you want quality southwest landscape photography, check out the first booth on the right - Klaus Priebe. Excellent work! I've bought many cool baskets at the flea market and... More

I can't get over the good reviews of this place. We went on a Friday before Labor Day weekend and there were just a handful of vendors there. Lots of things from other countries. Complete waste of time.

I've been to the Tesuque Flea Market a number of times, and always enjoy returning. There's inevitably something to catch the eye in the plethora of rugs, jewelry, sculptures, junk and previously appreciated tchotchkes. The people doing the selling and maintaining the various booths are part of the market's interest. Some of them are real characters, and many of them... More

Not much out here anymore. A few vendors selling some jewelry, some selling Mexican crafts, and African trinkets and baskets.

The Tesuque Flea Market is a great place to find a variety of American Indian Jewelry made by Zuni, Navajo, and Hopi Artisans. There was live music when we were there. Admission is free, and there is lots of parking. There is a cafe, and the vendors are friendly and knowledgeable.

Visiting the Flea Market used to be one of the highlights of our trips to Santa Fe, but nowadays it has perhaps one-fourth the number of merchants (or fewer), and maybe 15-20% of the number of visitors that it used to have. We visited on a Saturday about 11:30 AM, and saw perhaps 75 cars in the visitors' lot, and... More

We arrived at 9:30 and booths were still arriving and unpacking. About 1/2 of the booths were vacant. Rugs, sones, spices, lavender and lots of jewelry. Largest scissor booth I've ever seen. Spices started at $2 a bag. Saffron was $8. It's all gravel so if you are unsteady be careful. Guitar playing. Large place and lots of walking.to walk entire... More
