We enjoyed the well done exhibits and learned quite about about the life and life cycle of whales and other sealife of the area. They have an excellent gift shop as well!

We enjoyed the exhibits and learned a lot about whales! I especially liked the phone booth where you could "dial" the sounds of various whales, include the Atlantic Grey Whale whose recording was silent because they are extinct.

Cute building with whale painted facade. Informative, well-presented displays, film footage and photographs raising awareness of these endangered gentle giants.

The movie about sounds in the oven made the visit. Also local information from the upstairs guide was exceptional about the local pods that have not been seen this year. Nice local museum.

Small but important Museum based on factual research about humans interactions with sea life; whales particularly. San Juan Islands are known for the killer whale population which has dwindled recently. Good films, skeletons and current information on recent sightings. About an hour is a good...More
