- Swifty TravelsAlbuquerque, New Mexico95 contributionsNot what we expected- but beautiful! The historic buildings here are so beautiful! I came expecting a single large brewery, and it turns out the buildings that used to be Pearl Brewery have now been repurposed and there are a variety of different restaurants and breweries here. The one brewery we wanted to eat at (STERNEWIRTH) required reservations unless we wanted to sit outside and it was too cold.Visited January 2023Written 17 February 2023
- LizzyB01Salt Lake City, Utah327 contributionsSaturday nightWent on Saturday night and had to wait an hour for a table but was so worth the wait, the food was delicious but I wish we came earlier to experience the farmers market and shops as they closed by 6 pm already. Go stop by the Emma hotel while you are there to see how smart it is! lots of restaurants to choose from in this space as well.Visited February 2023Written 23 February 2023
- LT_Dallas328 contributionsLove the ambiance of The PearlThe Pearl is the place to go, right outside of the Riverwalk area. How they have converted this old brewery center into shops, local retail stands, food markets is amazing. You need to go on a weekend morning when it is busy with vendors. AND you must stop in and look around the Emma hotel.Visited February 2023Written 1 March 2023
- TriptiredAmarillo, Texas7 contributionsWonderful morning walkThis area is super fun! Nice cozy area in San Antonio with lots of dining and snacking options. The fresh farmers market in the morning is awesome. We walked the river walk in the area. Its so nice and architectural interest is abounding. It is a nice pet friendly area as well. Just make sure you bring your doggie bag.Visited March 2023Travelled as a coupleWritten 6 March 2023
- Dixie BMansfield, Texas41 contributionsThe PearlThe Pearl is a complex built at the old Pearl Brewery. It consists of high-end apartments, retaurants and shops. When we were there there was about 6 or 7 shops open and most of then were VERY expensive. It was a nice area to walk around on a lovely spring day.Visited March 2023Written 12 March 2023

The brewery was a converted engine room and the vintage features and architecture are stunning. The food and drink selection were enjoyed by all but somewhat on the high side. The space is such a great place for families and friends to enjoy being outside.Visited May 2023Travelled with friendsWritten 23 May 2023
- Don FIndianapolis, Indiana3 contributionsMore than just beer!We had a day to kill in San Antonio and a local suggested that we visit here. The grounds had several vendors selling their wears and the area had several good restaurants. The area was safe, the prices were reasonable and the atmosphere was great! We enjoyed the food and the whole area, I would highly recommend that you add this as a stop on your next visit to San Antonio.Visited December 2022Travelled as a coupleWritten 29 May 2023

Great stop for something different in San Atlanta. This is the old Pearl Brewery that has been redone into a nice shopping event area. The original Brewery has been turned into the Hotel Emma. The can house are high end apartments. There is a food hall. On Saturday and Sunday mornings there are a variety of food and craft vendors. The Riverwalk does extend out to the Pearl. It is a distance from downtown. It is a stop on the hop on and off tour. Great place to see

Loved the restaurants and eclectic shops. This complex is tucked away just outside the city and the hotel connected to it has a very unique bar that is worth stopping in for a drink at.

Ritzy place to go but worth seeing and just walking around, hard to think this was just a brewery in years gone bye.
