This was a great tour of the city. Our tour guide was T.C.. He had great knowledge of the city and was able to convey that knowledge to the riders. The only downfall is that I wish the tour would have been longer.

The tour I took was a hop on/off tour. They all left from the same place and I suspect they are all owned by the same company. We did a complete loop, then got off and a few of the stops we wanted. There was a running commentary both live and taped.

The Grand Tour Package is by far your best bet. Tour was from 9 - 5, on a full size luxury bus. Visited The Alamo, Mission San Jose, Mission Conception, Japanese Gardens, Buckhorn Saloon, Texas Ranger Museum, El Mercado. Great company to do business with. Would highly recommend.

We thought we were taking a gamble with a full-day tour (http://www.citytoursinc.com/grand-tour), but it was a winner. We saw the Alamo, two additional missions, the Japanese garden, the Buckhorn Museum, and we had a river boat tour. Our guide was knowledgeable and personable--I can't praise him enough, really, because he knew the ins and outs of everything about San Antonio... More

I booked the San Antonio Grand Tour through the "San Antonio Tours" website above. I didn't realize that this site is operated by another company, Reserve123. When I signed up - Jan. 26th), and they instantly charged my credit card, their policy stated that because my tour was less than 30 days away I would get my e-ticket within 72... More

As we were walking along the quiet part of the River Walk (from Guenther House back to the main downtown area), we met the nicest Buckeye fan we ever met -- he told us to make sure to buy the 24 hour TAXI ticket, rather than just go on a guided boat ride. He was right! We rode the taxi... More

Dreadful!!! I've never wanted to get off a bus so badly. Our tour guide was SO ANNOYING. She spoke to us like we were children, dragging her words, with her voice going pitch high and making corny jokes. She didn't really teach us anything either; she was thinking outloud. The few times she attempted to teach us about the city,... More

Kat, the bus driver was not only enjoyable but had loads of info on the sites and attractions we saw. She made the trip worthwhile. Convenient and interesting doesn't come close to describing the tour. Keep up the good work

We woke up early and got to the ticket booth right around the time they opened. We just did the river boat tour. It was really great and our guide, Captain Alfred, was too funny! He was a native with a lot to share. I've take the tour several times over the years and learn something new every time. A... More
