We have visited many caverns around the United States and this one is one of the top 5. The staff is super friendly and provided really good information about the tour and set reasonable expectations. The walk was not overly taxing and just about anyone should be able to enjoy the caverns without an issue. They advertise the temperature to... More

This is a really interesting cavern. Vast inside and lots of formations. The place is well organized and the staff is very friendly. Our tour guide was a young lady and she was very knowledgeable about the cave system and history. The other activities there (zipline and ropes course) are well done as well but a little pricey. They've spent... More

Impressive with great features like pools of water and large columns. Strenuous, wear good shoes. Hot inside, I wished I did not have to carry my big purse. Drinks avail at exit.

Be sure to book your tickets online, print them, and arrive early. You can bypass the lines and go straight into the building. There is a snack bar, gift shop, and plenty of places to sit, both inside and out, while you wait for your tour time to be called. The staff is cheerful and busy keeping everything clean and... Last time I visited was back in 1988, so it's been a while. Between now and then, they've opened up an entirely new section of the cave, which is what I visited. Overall a decent experience, I've been to dozens of caves and this one is on the better end of the spectrum as far as the experience goes, and... More

You could spend the whole day there if you wanted to. For me the cave tour was the highlight. There are so many other activities such as a zip line, maze and another cave tour. It's a must see!

A little pricy to see rocks, however, if you haven't done a cave walk before or have an interest in geology I think this is a great way to spend an afternoon.

It was an amazing trip that we were able to take our 7th & 8th graders on. We were able to "mine", go on a high wire structure and go inside the earth and see the caverns. The caverns are amazing to see and unbelievable to witness!! A true must see!!!
