Watched price of freedom, not a big budget production but a good way for two elementary school boys to get more perspective. Not a bad price, close to Alamo. Parking can be validated. Just 45 minutes length. Movie not overly violent.

This film should be part of your Alamo visit. Unless you are a real history buff, you may not know much about the Alamo except that a lot of guys died there. The film provides you with a glimpse of the times when the battle took place, why it was an important battle for both sides, the desperate but futile... More

This movie was just "so-so" definitely not worth the money we paid. I thought the video we watched at the Alamo sight for free was just as good if not better!

While we were at the Alamo we dicided on our last day to go check out the short film. It was pretty well made and had some decent acting for a documentary. I would recommend it if you aren't familiar with the history .

Maybe our mistake was entering through the mall but that was the way we were directed. Once in the mall signage was poor which left us wandering in and out of the parking garage. We ended up at the AMC theatre where we got the most helpful directions. Just go to Victoria's Secret and then turn left! Eureka we found... More

If you have the time, I would suggest watching this IMAX presentation. It really adds to the experience of visiting the Alamo and the history of Texas. This is a great break on a rainy day, a hot day, or just a way to take a break from the hustle and bustle of exploring San Antonio.

Watching the Alamo IMAX movie was a great way to learn more about the Battle at the Alamo and made the Alamo more real for us. I highly recommend it.

The Imax was part of the Sightseeing package we purchased. Right after we visited the Alamo, we went to the Imax and watched the historically accurate "movie type" presentation. 45 minutes long. The presentation gives you a true depiction of what really happened and the factual struggles they endured. Don't go see the Alamo without seeing this Imax feature.

Go to The Fight for Texas. Sit in the back! IMAX is very intense! Very moving. A little expensive for a 45-minute movie, but worth it.
