It's a huge park with many areas that are different than other areas in the same park. I would imagine that all cities have similar parks, but if they don't, then this is an AWESOME park.

This is a beautiful park in an unexpected place. Lovely, lush grounds and fabulous public art. Also a great place to watch water fowl and enjoy and evening stroll.

Type in "San Antonio Zoo" for more information. The zoo opens at 9 a.m. The weather is warm there so going early is an advantage. It is a lovely zoo and a great train ride through the park. Your family will love... More
