This Mission is really small and all locked up. We were disappointed. You just walk up and look at the outside of this small Mission and then walk back to your car. It has free parking and no restrooms.

This is the smallest of the missions on the Mission Trail. The church building is not open to visitors but we can say that the exterior and the bell tower are beautiful. The grounds are well maintained, the walkways are in good condition and easy...More

Try and visit all the Missions. They are full of beauty and History. Great if you live in the area and family visits too. Enjoy.

We enjoyed visiting mission San Juan. It was fascinating to see how they lived and to read about it. The chapel is beautiful and interesting.

This is the 3rd mission I've visited in San Antonio, and in comparison, it was pretty lackluster. Everything was closed off. We didn't get to look inside the chapel. The bright part was the short trails that led to the San An river. The bathrooms...More

When in San Antonio, a visit to Mission San Juan is a must. It is the largest of the missions (not including the Alamo). The church is gorgeous and the grounds are beautifully kept. This location is rich in history.
