The Paseo del Rio is San Antonio's favorite attraction. You can shop, dine, lounge in a cafe, or simply stroll along and let the strumming mariachi soothe your spirit.

There’s a lot to do on the River Walk. Not only is it beautiful, there are restaurants and shopping everywhere! I recommend grabbing some lunch or dinner and just relax and enjoy the amazing atmosphere! There’s a real feel good positive vibe here!

We accessed the River Walk beyond all of the shops and restaurants. It is a lovely and serene in the middle of a big city. The path is wide and clean and lovely. We had a wonderful walk after lunch!

I love the riverwalk. This is our 3rd time and it never disappoints. I love the Christmas lights and walking along the river. Now it’s also lit up with luminaries lining the sidewalks which is also a nice touch. We always enjoy the boat tour...More

We walked the River Walk but didn't see much other than restaurants and folks trying to sell us time shares (which hurt our experience) Our next trip we will take the boats and learn the history

A wonderful night cruise with the Christmas decorations. You'll find great food, shops and street vendors. A must do!

Statues and informative messages along the way. Maps to keep you on track as to where you are on the river. Lots of restaurants and shops.

We had a GREAT time! If you plan to attend a parade on the river, be sure and make dinner reservations somewhere. The riverwalk is BUSY during scheduled events.

Honestly it was a tourist trap to me. I much preferred the Pearl area, more quaint. Also, the Japanese gardens is A MUST SEE!

I love going to San Antonio. The River Walk is stunning, romantic and ageless. There is every kind of hotel that you can think of right on the river. And pick just about any Resturant and you won't be disappointed. There's a great mall with...More
