The Paseo del Rio is San Antonio's favorite attraction. You can shop, dine, lounge in a cafe, or simply stroll along and let the strumming mariachi soothe your spirit.

A walk around the river allows oneself to appreciate the little nooks and cranny of the San Antonio river. Plaques explaining the historical significance of the site is dotted along the walk, so one gets to stop and read them and appreciate it.

Not located on River Walk but I would check out Mi Tierra for some good Mexican food. Located at Market Square. We read and heard so much about the place and was not disappointed.
