The exhibit was really interesting for both young and old. We learned very interesting facts of the pepople and events leading to the region problems.

After visiting many other attractions we found this one not as enthusiastic as other tourist sites. The people were very nice but just not as excited for the history as some others. One thing I do appreciate is the ability to take pictures and video...More

I like the explanation of the history of what went down with the whole witch thing. I hadn't done much research on what all really happened way back when. It only cost me $10.00, so I didn't expect a high dollar venue. It was ok.

This place was fairly cheap and something I did on the fly and I regret wasting my money. They play up the legends and stories of the area that has little or no bases in FACT. They do some history of the area but as...More

Overpriced and very unenthusiastic staff, presentation and facilities. A real shame when such rich subject matter. Management should take a cold hard look at re-inventing. I am normally do not write negative reviews but would really alert families to spend there money elsewhere.

In September 2016 our Princess Cruse tour from Boston took us to this area. We went in and took a look around not sure that we should take the tour. We did not like the place and would suggest you just walk by.

This was our least favorite museum. The guide was very lethargic and seemed unenthusiastic. Her lines were rehearsed and she forgot some. She couldn't answer a simple question about one of their main pictures hanging in their gallery.

Interesting presentation and then a tour of the history of the witch trials with some animatronics. Not Disney quality but fun for the kids.

Another fun stop on our vacation in Salem. Sure it can be hokey, but that's the fun and charm - and it's not expensive.

The tour guide was really great, very knowledgeable in this history, and very personable. This is a brief tour and well worth the time. The tour guide also recommended a walking ghost tour for us that turned out to be phenomenal.
