We visited here with friends for the Adam Ant concert over the weekend. I really wanted to enjoy the venue, as it is a historical location, but the women's restroom was filthy and already out of toilet paper before the main act started, the sound for the concert was so bad that you couldn't understand a word being sung, and... I have loved this theatre since I was a little girl. The venue, the atmosphere, the environment make me feel at home. I should say-made* me feel at home. I am sadly disappointed in my last two experiences. I always give a second chance as I'm aware that Tucson is built on local business and small businesses trying to succeed.... More

The century-old Rialto is our favorite downtown venue for top musical talent. The theater was renovated a few years back to the tune of over a million dollars and has kept it's historic beauty. The sound system is superb and the lighting is totally expert level, especially for shows. My wife and I have seen Dave Mason, John Mayall, Citizen... More

This old theatre hosts many live performances. Beer and wine as well as popcorn was available for purchase. The location is right next to Diablo Burger on Congress which is awesome. Grab a gourmet burger and craft beer and then go to a concert. There are also many other restaurant choices within walking distance. Seating in this venue is actually... More

This is a nice place to see a concert my wife and I and some of our adult children have attended concerts their many times, but, I will NEVER go there again. On more than one occasion I have seen the security staff being overly aggressive and the last time in April was horrifying. This one young was just having... More

The Rialto is a great place to see a concert or comedy show. You can buy tickets at the box office or online. The venue isn't huge and makes for an intimate show. The acoustics are way better than most of the places I've been. The service is excellent and the bands usually hang out afterward for a meet and... More

The venue was not good for a crowd this size. There was no air on so it was soooo hot inside. The security people were far from friendly. Not a good set up on getting people inside the venue. It was not an organized event for being sold out they should of had more people and better planning. The show... More

We saw Elvis Costello here earlier this month and it was fantastic. Seating was all assigned and even though we were very near the back, we could see just fine. Sound was great. Alcohol is served here as well and that's a bonus! Finally, this is a truly historic theater that is run and maintained by a local non profit.... More

Went on the spur of the moment to see John Hiatt. Fun to hear a fabulous concert in a small venue with a rich history and great sound.

We joined a small crowd for Jim Brickman's holiday (& more) show. And, enjoyed good seats, albeit on padding folding chairs. The Rialto offers a variety of shows at reasonable prices. Staff & volunteers are friendly, helpful. Good to see the theater gaining ground financially after some difficult times.
